I love this. I was really drawn to the colors. Everything is in perfect blue/orange contrast, with the blue on the horse drawing me into that around the picture and to the saddle. One thing I can really suggest is that the cottonball 'cloud' in front of the horse seems more in focus than the horse itself, and I feel that with the horse's color, it is meant to be the focal point in the piece. If you were to shoot this again, I would definitely work on re-arranging the focus.

The composition is excellent and works well with the title. I can't really tell if the book is on a table or soaring through the clouds with a child's dreams. One thing I would suggest to make the composition really amazing is to work on your depth of field. Your aperture was at 5.3... What if you moved the background back and set the f-stop at, say, 20? Your background would blur, still giving you the appearance of the clouds while providing a more striking contrast between foreground and background. It could really make the subject of your photo pop.

Overall, very nice work, and congratulations on the DD.
